All the workers here have always been very kind and courteous. Sometimes there's a line to ship stuff out, but the line moves pretty quick.

They do not honor insurance. I mailed a 90 year old cookie jar and let them pack it because that's how it works at UPS when you pay for insurance. But when it arrived at the location Broken they rejected my insurance claim. I contested it and sent more photos liked they asked but never heard a word back. I will never ship something of value with FedEx again.

I wish I could get zero stars .. there’s absolutely worst manager ever in this location. I arrived just a couple minutes before 5 o’clock and they refuse to put my boxes on today’s ground truck even though the ground truck is still there

Shane( could have been Sean) was very patient with me. The address I had was not correct. He worked with me until we got it correct. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and about to be a father. I could not have asked for better service.
