I didn’t feel welcomed! When my daughter and I walked in, no one said Hi, Hello, Welcome..not a word ! You could feel the tension in the room, my first and last visit! Then their so called receptionist says…they said they’re not taking any walk-ins…who? We all in the same room and I didn’t hear a thing and then not to mention, when we walked in, they were all looking at us crazy as hell…my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable! My daughter was like did we do something? Why are they looking at us like that? So we took our business elsewhere! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO LING LING.!

Took myself and my husband here. Paid $83 total WITH tip. My nails were my favorite set since being here. I’ve been to a few places but this ONE by far my favorite. My husband got the foot massage it went well but he has his favorite person somewhere else but he def loved it. WILL BE BACK. Staff all friendly and made you feel welcome.

Service was great! This is the first time I love my design better than the picture I brought in. Keep in mind, I am particular with my nails and I have ZERO complaints. Ling’s employees did an amazing job. FYI - make an appointment ❤️ They are booked and they want to give you the time needed for your service.

I came in at 10:00 (mind you they open at 9:30) only to be turned away saying they didn’t have anyone available for the next 4 hours smh and very rude
