I have the worse practitioner/case manager that I have ever used/been assigned. She is very combative and argumentative when you ask questions or concerns. The office staff and doctors are really nice and they will talk to as an adult. To the point I have thought about leaving and finding a new doctor/practice if I cannot be assigned a new case manager.

My monthly provider was out for several months due to a medical condition so I met with two others, in her absence. Although I had something going on which required Dr Wong’s attention, the two individuals felt it would be best for me to wait until my provider, Ms Bryn Burnett, to return and discuss with her. That was very frustrating as it delayed me from getting much needed feedback from Dr Wong. That’s the only “con” I have found with this Center. Dr Wong is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes time to get to know his patients! He cares for (and about) you and has great bedside manner! There are a lot of “pros” about this location and I would recommend giving them a chance! The front staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. You don’t see a lot of staff turnover and I can only imagine it is because it is a decent place to be a part of…as an employee or patient! Thanks for all you do Bryn, Dr Wong, and the many behind the scenes employees!

If you never have been here before and just walked in cold, you would swear the place is out of control, however, in reality, the office runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their responsibilities and keeps everything running very smooth. It is a testament to their devotion to helping people who need it. Ms Wilson is an absolute gem.
