It was my 1st time parking there the first day for jury duty i had to learn the in and out part and the 1st day was great to see a good view of everything and the 2nd day all though i had an issue with some homeless lady living in her white convertible car on the 5th floor next to /6th floor on roof near jury parking for no reason .i showed up early to wait and enjoy weather and stayed in my car and of course had a parking pass for the court house and out of no where she just ended up walking up to my car lean on the trunk part with a pen and paper it did look like she was on some thing not sure just cause i park there early waiting to do what i got to do like she owns the floor anybody allow to park its free or u pay for it am sure she not paying to stay there . smh.i did make a complaint about it to.next time imma just move up farther back unless she not there .i had my jury pass to .
