Typically have a good experience, however I called at 10am today to be seen virtually to change antibiotics because I was put on doxycycline and it gave me severe stomach pain. Was never put into their system so I called back at 2 and was told I’d be seen in a few minutes. “Dr.” Olds calls 5 hours later, immediately rude as can be and tells me that he basically can’t give me anything else besides amoxicillin which I was already given and it did not help. Literally did nothing then proceeded to hang up on me when I declined amoxicillin again. The man clearly hates his job and/or life and shouldn’t work with the public. I’d go to patient first instead just to avoid that sad excuse of a medical provider.

Just don't go to this Urgent Care. Their wait times are extremely long, and they don't tell you how long you'll be waiting, even if you have an appointment. Waiting for over two hours past our appointment time has happened to us multiple times. We will never go there again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They send bills 9 - 12 months after service, and after we paid, with threatening references to collection agencies. Wait times have been 2 to 3 hours after appointment times. Luckily, there are other customer focused primary care offices in the area.

They do rapid and PCR antigen tests as far as I know, best to call them as availability is extremely low.

You have to call them and ask

What is the cost for a visit? I do not have my new insurance cards.I am not sure they pay for the express care. Will they take appointment times?

You can make an appointment online or walk in. The cost per visit is going to depend on what you need done. Even if you don't have your new insurance cards if you provide them your insurance information they can let you know about coverage and out of pocket cost. You can probably give them a call and get that info before you go in.
