My son is getting the HPV shot. We waited 1 1/2 hour the first visit. The nurse did not know how to administer the shot. Second shot- 1 hour wait. Other patients were being seen before us and we did not need to see the Dr just the nurse. Time to fine a new practice. Not happy right now.

Are you still open, I was on hold for 4 hours. I called the after hours line and no one answered. I guess its time for a different dr. All I need is a prescription refill. Very unhappy with the unprofessional way you do business

Average doctors office over worked doctors but they are really good. No prescriptions offered in office like their offices, advanced radiology next store, require mask and temperature checks to get in and if your sick(covid scared) they turn you away. Local Office has improved, but lifebridge main office is disorganized personel, especially billing.

Dr Acevedo was very unprofessional and insensitive. He talked poorly about my previous dr that left. He would not renew prescriptions for depression and sleep. Stating PCPs don’t treat depression. He did not address my severe neck pain and headaches. Never going back.
