Went to get some help with upgrading and when I walked in there was a line of people. The girl said “We’ll be with you in a moment”. Never mentioned you had to have an appointment. 20 minutes later when the line had grown to 6 people she states rather rudely “If you don’t have an appointment you won’t get help for over an hour”. Really? There was 2 people working on a Saturday! Time for me to change my service. I pay them $650 a month for my company! No more.

Gloria at the La Habra store should not have a customer facing positing. I went in 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close to find she had already locked up the store (I assumed they were going to be open until 9:00). Once I flagged her down for assistance she unlocked the door and told me I needed to go to Best Buy for assistance or return another day. I understood her refusal of service was so that she did not run the risk of staying a minute after the store was scheduled to close, which I would have not expected her to do. I would have gladly returned another day, but her demeanor making me feel like I did something wrong by trying to come in while still open and then directing me to Best Buy was uncalled for. I highly recommend Verizon send Gloria to some basic customer service classes if expected to continue to work with the general public.

by far the worst verizon ever, showed up at 6:40 they said they just took their last customer and they're about to close in 5 mins. I guess 9 to 7pm business hours for this branch doesn't really apply. Worst branch with the worst customer service. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

2/9/ 22 If you would give me information on how to contact you would be great. As the owner you always ask for another chance with out reaching or have a way to email or talk with you. If you could not help the first time why would I go back with out have a fix? My Company has a corporate plan. Corporate told me to make an appointment at my local Verizon to have it looked at. Today was my appointment my phone has been running slow and taking a while for phone call to go thru. When I went in she look at the screen that shows storage and said your phone needs to replace as you do not have enough memory. I ask her to call my corporate or if they could send me something and she told me No we cannot. I asked her how do I get it fixed and she said they have to add you and you get a new phone. I was trying to explain that the phone was working fine and this was new. I also told her that we have so many phones on this plan that the company would not have me be an authorized user. She said cannot help me. Before Covid I use to go to the Verizon store in Lake Forest as that was near my work and always was helpful and took time to look over my phone, I was in and out in less than 5 mins. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment. Left feeling discourage and speechless I felt like I did not matter. I do not understand why did not want to call my office and help fix the issue. Especially working from home now our cells are an important part of getting thru the work day.

Currently Verizon is only letting in 1 person per family in their store to adhere to the 6 foot distance guidelines. I think also the max number of people was 6 when I went.
