Experienced some of the worst customer service. Obviously a young kid not wanting to actually do their job. I called to see if my order was ready and the associate was so rude because she couldn’t “find” it. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and I would have to call customer service. Never asked my cell number or email to try and verify order. Once I called back, after waiting for 30 minutes with customer service for them to tell me it was in fact ready at this location. The same associate answers the phone and I explain the situation- again, she then tells me well, we are actually closed, I just asked if I could know if the order was definitely there. She told me no and hung up. All of this over pajamas. 🤦🏼♀️

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
You will have 14 days to pick up your order. If you can’t pick up your order within this 14-day window, we’ll cancel it and refund your purchase.
Most items will be ready for Pick Up Today / Curbside Pickup within two hours of the time you place your order online. We'll send you an email when your items are ready for pickup. Place your order 2 hours before close for same-day pickup.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
