Went with a party of six, was an awesome dinner and the selection was pretty amazing in terms of all meats and veggies however recommendation; do not get pork broth, so bland.

Flavoring and oils are of your own choosing. The first bar includes all the sauces, oils, nuts, sesame, green onions etc… There's a grill and individual hot pot at your seat, do you can cook it however you like, with as much or little seasoning and oils
We use Vegitable oil, we do not use peanut oil, and butter is for the grill and bakery paper. Not add into any of the ingredients.

You can ask for vegetarian broths and you can eat only vegetables only without meat.

It's $25 for just the hot pot, and $28 for both hot pot and grill (rounding up). So about $28 to $30 for hot pot and $31 to $34 (again rounding up) if you leave approximately a 10% to 15% tip. By the way you should always get the grill (otherwise you would miss out on a portion of the food they have).
