They are the worst in customer service from the assistant to the manager Jennifer they don't give you a face when you go to the office to fix situations they fix everything by phone or email, you pay for the apartment and you can't even put a painting on the balcony that they are already giving warnings, they watch over you 24 hours a day and are attentive to your life of who enters and who leaves, the assistant on top of that is racist when you call her to discuss the situation with her, she yells at you and pretends that you don't yell back at her !! They are the worst! Very nice apartments but management is the worst!
