If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. The front desk lady didn’t even introduce herself was very rude and disrespectful. I tried asking her questions and she wouldn’t let me. Acted like I was dumb and wouldn’t have the patience. Please don’t apply here. Not worth it.

I have loved every single second of moving here. My fiancé and I moved here September 2021 and are so pleased with deciding to live here. The office staff are so nice and kind. From our application process to signing our lease they go above and beyond. Anita is so nice and funny and definitely made us feel like we were home. Maintenance responds very quickly and are very respectful of your property. They keep the complex looking top notch and super clean. Migdalia is my favorite. She has been the best with us. She’s absolutely awesome! We love that we can call Academy Village, home.

I loved living here and sad I had to move. Quiet and safe neighborhood, spacious apartments. Anita and Carmen were so amazing to me I will miss them!!! They treat you like family! From the office staff to the maintenance staff…hands down the best of the best!!!! Thank you all for an amazing living experience.
