Rarely a disappointment here. Curbside pickup always delivered as ordered, and every associate has been super-nice. Kudos to designers of the online menu. Unlike some other restaurants, you can for instance, order MORE tomatoes in addition to "less" or "none". Thank you for doing a great job.

They will make you wait over 20 min to pick up your food and forget half your food. Call back and talk to a manager get told a coupon will be sent to cover missing food. Here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. And it was the kid's meals that were missing. Over priced. Full of lies. Doesn't care. Go elsewhere when looking for lunch options in Trinity Area.

When you have that happen just take the salad and receipt with you to the store to return it and nicely let them know the salad is bad cause my salads have always been super yummy

You just have to ask

what if someone ordered the food online for delivery and when delivery guy knocks on your door and you don't answer? Also can you get your money back or even possible for redelivery?

Well, to order and not answer the door is kind of rude, don't you think? Did you call and try to have it redelivered? Panera can be very accommodating if you give them a chance but no, I don't think you can get your money back.
