This is the first time I have EVER been in a fast food restaurant and the bathroom (with 2 stalls) was locked and you had to ASK to be let in! I'll NEVER go to this location again!

Ordered the royal chicken sandwich and they ran out of the regular chicken filets so they gave me the cheap chicken jr filet and charged me $7. Didn’t get a receipt and they won’t answer their phone.

I haven't noticed a drop in the Whopper, however I did notice the drop years ago with the big king fish sandwich. The flavor is different also. I tried the smaller ones they have still but do not like them. Perhaps food is just not the same quality it used to be.

can you tell me why you hire people that over cook the hamburgers, & forget to fill the order, with all the items ordered. start hiring people that have a brain & work for there pay cause your company is really starting to go down hill.
