Visiting a work friend who lives here and overall not too bad. New paint on the exteriors but something odd was they painted over rotten exposed wood on the stairs instead of fixing it then painting it. Besides that it looks well kept and the layout is nice.

Yes, there are. They are not many but yes. The worst is so noise. You can hear everything that happens in the apartment above. Until when "flushean" the toilet.
