This was our first time at a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater and we will definitely be back! The Ringo Starr concert was great! My biggest criticism is the huge bottleneck to get food! They really need to have more food stands distributed around the grounds to disperse the crowd. Plenty of clean porto-potties which is a key point for us Good sound system as well.

My wife and I love seeing concerts and this is definitely our favorite venue. The location is beautiful, nestled amongst oak trees, near enough to the ocean to feel its breezes. There isn't a bad seat in the house and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's clean, open air and relaxing. We've seen many acts there and even the performers seem to dig the cool vibes at The Amp.

Great venue! All seats good, sound awesome.

Had it all. Very courteous and friendly staff who love their city.

They said yes on f.b
I dont know, but it really pisses me off that the venue has not made an announcement yet. Pretty rediculous.
Yes u can
Small bag but they do check at the door
Yes you can take your 10 year old. If you have tickets under the covered area I'd suggest ear protection of some type (head phone style or the foam ear plugs) as it was really loud under there when I saw Flogging Molly and Streetlight Manifesto there on 10/3.
The awning covers about half of the seating area, the upper level is uncovered. Check your ticket for where you'll be seated. The website indicates that events proceed rain or shine, no umbrellas allowed, so bring a poncho & have fun!
Go on the website there will be a list of different concert that will be playing in the future.
There are two grassy areas up top!
The Sleep Inn is nice and it's only a quarter mile from the Amphitheater.
All seats are. Guess if it rained the outer ones might get wet.
Yes to food but pricey. Save your money for beer! St Augustine has many great options for food. Grab some fried shrimp at O'steens before the show!
I read I could bring a purse but not a backpack..what department does a tote fall under
The sound quality is very good and the steep theatre seating still allows a clear view although the stage will be about 150 yards away.
yes, you absolutely can in your stomach
Yes you can bring a phone but please put it on silent during the show.
Good question! I would imagine that it will be postponed. Check the Amphitheater website on Monday for updates.
Yes
No
No, they have temperature monitors on the way in. Masks are worn by staff and optional for visitors

Hello Dottie, right now we are currently in our off season here at The Amp. Shows resume February 15 starting with Willie Nelson and typically go through late November. Here's a link to our website below, check out our upcoming lineup!! https://www.staugamphitheatre.com/
You can go to the venue's box office
If you are referring to Cross and Sword then no. They don't perform the official state play anymore
You need to call them. You never buy anything without getting confirmation of what you need to know Frist. That's what I do. Happy finding out.
Hi Kathleen I just saw OAR, we parked about 45 mins before show and there were other cars before us pregaming! I hope this has helped
300 & 304 are seated areas. Seats are on a first come basis. Have fun! They installer new seating areas this season.
All concerts end at 10:30 pm due to the sound ordinance law.
Hi Cindy, as of right now there is no opener schedule for the Lady Antebellum event. Please keep in mind that this may change as we get closer to the event.
I have no idea. I would get ahold of the venue.

Hi Rebekah, yes you are more than welcome to bring in vapes and e-cigs. We have designated smoking area's off to the side inside of the venue. Hope you found this helpful!!
Most of them are. But it's not a complete, full roof, more like a series of awnings. So sun or rain may reach you depending on its angle. We had seats in the lower 300s one night when it sprinkled and did not get wet. But I'm sure that is not the case in worse weather.
The front porch is where you enter, where there is lounge seating to hang out before the shows
Depends on how they set up their stage & screens, not all are done the same. I don't want to lead u in the wrong direction. In general, not a bad seat in the house.
Trolley picks up people throughout the St Augustine area ALL times of the day and night. I'm sure it will not be hard finding one that goes to the amphitheater for the Santana concert.
That's the beauty of google. All the answers are already in your hand
Hi Alina, thanks so much for reaching out! The tickets you purchased are for GA (General Admission) 300's level. This area is seated so there is no need to bring a chair, this area is also on a first come, first served basis so I recommend getting to The Amp early. Hope you found this information helpful!
Hi Susan - You do not need a ticket child, children 2 and under get in free! Hope you enjoy the show!
This is not a large venue, the seats in the pit area are very very close to the stage. We sat in section 202 and the view and the sound were amazing.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for reaching out. For Kane Brown the pit is GA standing meaning that there are no designated seats and it is on a first come first served basis. Hope this answers your question!
Hello, The pit can fluctuate between GA (General Admission) standing and assigned seats based off the tour. For Tame Impala, the pit is GA-standing meaning that it is first come, first serve. Hope this answers your question, can't wait to see you at the show!
Hi Ashley, There really isn't a bad seat in the house! Click the camera icon in the below link to see the view from the 301 section. Hope this helps, let us know if there is anything else we can do. https://www.staugamphitheatre.com/p1-seating-chart.aspx#
The Regency has an indoor pool and is just a few miles away. It has a nice restaurant with a bar right next door as well as numerous restaurants near by and beach access across the street.
Call the amphitheater just to make sure because I don't know I didn't hear any cancellation happy barbecue eating
Hello! Slightly Stoopid is sold out and our age limit for not needing to purchase a ticket is 2 years old.
I do not know what the rules actually are, but I did see a teen with a guitar at the Don Felder concert last year. Perhaps its artist by artist?
Hello! Yes, they are but it's always good to check with the box office for specific shows. Kids 2 and under can get in free.
They allowed small backpacks last time I was there. They did use a hand metal detector to check people, and will likely look in the bag. They allowed people to hold their e-cigs above their heads while being checked with the metal detector.
For this show in particular, yes. Reentry will be allowed
There is only 1 stage, back stage is where the performers set up at, it is connected to the amphitheater. You would have to have a backstage pass to access it, hope this helps
Yes, generally no detachable lenses, but it's more specific to each show and what the individual artist allow more than the venue itself. Some groups allow audio recording of their shows and you can bring in audio recording rigs when permitted by the artists.
All concerts are cancelled.
Shows are rain or shine most of the time
The St Augustine Amphitheater Farmer's Market is Saturday from 830am -- 1230pm
