Yes mostly all of them are. And very comfortable.
Most (pit, 100s, 200s) are but the sides are open
Almost all are... The 300 section is open but the rest is covered and dry!
Some are covered by roof but no actual seat cover like a pad
The seats that are covered are the first and second one, the thrid section of seats (ones way in the back) are not covered.
