How can lucky louie run a illgeal slot gambling with no permits and have 30 something Citations and still be open when everyone one else has too

The most professional staff and system of all the municipalities I work with (I work will them all in N FLA). I route through permitting quickly. They give intelligent answers to my questions and make the permitting and inspection process smooth for contractors while taking care of the home owners' interests at the same time. Other building departments could learn a lot from their process and whatever their hiring/vetting process must be.

Very Helpful with any permitting and inspections issues! Wish there on line permitting was a bit more user friendly but the staff is always willing to help!

Not 1 of the building inspectors are stopping or reporting dry cutting of concrete or pavers hurting employees and residents. At any given sub division 10 to 15 crews are doing this while the inspectors don't say a word. Several thousand people per day are exposed to fatal toxic dust because no silica controls are followed or in place

If it's within the city limits you should contact the city. If not, someone in permitting in the Growth Management department can help you. If you call them, they will provide you with all the information you need.
No I've never heard of anyone having to obtain a permit for something like a rock garden.
yes
I would call them. I dropped mine off and the lady emailed me the link for payment the next day
Your best bet is to go to the building department.
No
Closed both days
Its in the city limits, so it was not reviewed by the county.
