Zero customer service. Nobody ever picks up on the phone lines. As a result I haven't been able to get the help I need. It's always just robo-calls, and they automatically hang up if you ask for a representative. Just goes to show how much the state of florida cares about its people, when they're willing to ignore their needs.

Walked in and a security officer had me call a phone number to talk with someone and they had me leave a voicemail for the nurses. Haven’t heard back.

**BEWARE**Walked in to inquire about a test that the website says is performed here. The service in NOT available yet for a few weeks and the information on the website says nothing about this. I even called first to make sure and of course, no answer. One security officer was asleep. When asked where the front desk agent was, they both looked at me for a solid 10 seconds and didn’t say anything and looked at me like I had two heads. They were very unhelpful and not welcoming in the least. Definitely a truly negative experience!!

I live in a 55+community and we are overflowed with waste water in our yards. Is there any danger of this affecting our drinking water which is on county water. Do we need to boil water.
