The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and supportive. The family workshops are an opportunity to be vulnerable and communicate in a healthy way.

My experience as a family member was wonderful. I saw genuine care and affection for the clients and for the Career they chose. The fact that most of the staff are in recovery is perfect because they completely understand what each client is dealing with and facing on their personal journey. The empathy I saw the staff and clients share was amazing. I am sending a special thank you to Phil Snyder who talked to me each time I called to ensure me my grandson was ok and kept me updated with changes. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the program at Augustine. Starting from Jeff the admission director who was extremely caring and always eager to talk to you. The communication with our case manager Rebecca was top notch and the response was immediate. Rebecca was extremely helpful during the entire time and continued to follow up even after our loved one left the facility. She was very knowledgeable, dedicated, smart and caring. We loved working with her. The program focuses on individual and they pay very close attention to evaluate and address client needs. They also offer weekly family support group and weekend workshop which is an amazing bonding experience for the entire family. I would highly recommended Augustine recovery to anyone struggling with addiction and thank you for your amazing job.

My Son went through Augustine Recovery and is currently the House Manager at their Sober Living Facility. He has 1.4 years of sobriety. It is amazing that right before my eyes he has become the person that he was intended to be. He is so different. Everyday I am surprised by the things he says but more importantly by the things he is doing. He spent 14 years in the throws of addiction. Our family was turned upside down.. I am a firm believer that this treatment center and their staff saved his life. He had tried so many types of treatment . This place is different. The Augustine treats the physical, spiritual and emotional side of the addict. They do extensive Trauma work. They work the 12 steps. They eat healthy unprocessed food with minimal sugar. They work hard daily but have fun as a group. The STAFF is the best. I cannot put into words how fantastic they are. I start every morning of my life Thanking God for this place. Forever Grateful~
