To be a public entity, it is the worst thing that can be to provide a service. I have been waiting for the refund of my deposit for 6 months and I call and they only tell me that they have already sent the check but they do not give more information than that.

unbelievable! I have the old piping system, I've already had problems that my neighbor breaks, they changed the pipe, I call to change my system and they tell me that it can't be done until there is a problem. The system is old and I try to avoid loss of water and they prefer that the incident pass to fix it, they are INEPPT.

Toho really don't care about issues I side their company. My dad is awaiting to expire. He been in hospital for over nine months and I reported to toho that someone using his account. They careless of the issue. The customer service is mean and careless also. Wish I cam move away
I think u can pay it at Amscott. If not Toho water office is on Alaska off MLK & Thacker. All the way at the back of complex.

Almost the entire Kissimmee area belongs to the Toho Water Authority.
They wont help you actually you have to-do you online or by phone we tried and if you go there they'll make you use a kiosk to make your payment
Not good to drink, ever . Unless maybe you can hook up a good water filtration system.
