Yes, I went through that whole rigamore myself and boy was I ever so upset! But I did learn, the office itself does not take any calls. All calls go through one main call center so all Akuman and (I'm not sure how many offices are out there) but they all go through this one call center. They find out what office your enquiring about and basically what your needs are then they forward the call to whatever office you go to. Now and only now, you are talking to the receptionist that you see when you walk through the door. My suggestion is if you make the call stay on it, don't hang up and eventually they will get to you and eventually you'll get the answer you're looking for. The reason I say don't hang up is because you're on a wait in line call and if you hang up it will only put you at the back of the list. Hope this answers your question as I just went through it all last Friday. It's so fresh in my mind. I'm only to happy to share what I had to learn for myself. Please stay safe!
