This specific location has been the worst. I drive an extra 30 mins just to go to another location thats further away from my home. The manager (older woman with dreads) provides horrible customer service. She never says thank you, or even a simple hello. Its almost as if you're disturbing her by wanting to purchase anything from the store. I will say Tasha has been the most friendliest and she was also willing to help me. I will never be returning back to this location.

I've been going to this Rainbows for a while one day when I walked into this Rainbows it was two employees that were standing at the front desk and there was know music playing in the store and they were just staring at me they acted like they had a problem so I just walked out of the store every since I had been going there they have had a Problem with me any ways but they don't have to be worried about me any more I want be going back into that Rainbows I had a horrible experience at this location

I visited the rainbows in Knightdale NC, the older black women with short locs was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was speaking to her colleague in a belittling tone in the present of consumers which is unacceptable either way. I was exchanging a burgundy coat that was too small , but she said she was unable to accept it because it has marks on it. I understood simply because it was in the back seat of my car where my younger daughter sits and she could have touched it stepped on it etc… so fine I’ll give it away. My eldest daughter also bought a key chain there a week ago and one of the employees did not remove the security tag I asked her to remove it, she said she didn’t kno if it was bought or not . First and foremost we work hard for everything we own an to be accused of taking a key chain is an insult. I understand protocol but this women was simply behaving terribly because she hates her job and did not want to be there, but that’s no excuse for her tone, demeanor, presentation or the way she treats other employees. She eventually did remove the security tag, but I will never shop with this location again due to this experience.
