She was able to come by the same day I called her and took various samples from multiple area. She was able to get me the reports I need to submit to the city and we were able to start the job.

We just purchased a new home in North County and all is good and fine, the home went through inspection, etc.. Then we had people over and had the fireplace on, it's gas, not wood and it's a pretty big fireplace. Sadly the previous owners had not really used it and maybe we were the first, not really sure. Either way after it was on for about 2 hours we noticed smoke and it smelled like burning wood but there is no wood for the fire to burn. Except it ended up catching the back of the drywall and the mantel. It was smoldering and would not go out. We were finally able to get the small fire to go out, but it made a huge mess, smelt terrible, was wet from us putting it out. The next day Orange came out, immediately went to action to remove all the smelly and partially burnt wall and mantel and covered it up professionally so we could still use the house. All their team members were respectful, used proper equipment and knew what they were doing. A few days later, they came back, replaced the mantel, the dryway, painted the wall, you can't even tell anything happened. They also adjusted the flute and some other parts of the fireplace, and then tested and measured a bunch of things in the fireplace to make sure it was ok. Thank goodness this was an insurance claim and Orange did an amazing job. Can't be happier but don't want to see them again LOL!
