This was my second time having a slab leak in my unit. It is a very very stressful time so I knew that from the first one. However, Restoration Certified are a phenomenal team that helped me out big time with my anxiety. They are very knowledgeable, excellent with multiple communications throughout the entire process, friendly, competent, and overall a brilliant team. It is great to know and feel that you are being supported when life gives you challenges. I appreciate Restoration Certified for being present for me when I was in heavy stress.

I made 1 call, Mike answered immediately, and the wheels were in motion. I was so impressed with their quality of work. the men who showed up, the care, concern, and professional people who were envolved. They took precautions to protect our house. , and when they left, it was clean. Thank you Mike, Tad, and everyone who came and worked at our home

Micheal and his team are amazing! They were very responsive and understanding of my situation. We had a fire in the engine room of our boat and they did a fantastic job of cleaning it up and preparing it for our mechanics to have a clean, safe working environment. There is no soot, residue or smell left behind! He also did a great job communicating with myself and my insurance company to make sure we had everything we needed at a reasonable price to get this right the first time. Over all great and dependable service.

My condo had a random leak issue last week and the moment the Certified Restoration team got to our home there was an immediate relief of stress! Tad was an amazing coordinator - he helped determine the leak origin and was able to recommend an amazing contractor to assist with repairing damages. Tyler and David was such an amazing tag team to have working in our home. They were both extremely informative throughout the entire process and cleaned up after themselves so well. If it wasn't for all the necessary professional grade equipment left in our home, we would have forget they were there! I can't recommend them enough. Huge thanks to Tad, David & Tyler!!
