Water Heater flooded our house while we were on vacation. Instant panic when we returned home from our trip to find soaked carpet and pouring water. We turned off the water and called ServPro East. Within minutes I received a call back from the owner (Jamie) and instantly felt calmed and taken care of - she was very kind and understanding and assured us they were on their way to help us get through this. Warren (the other Owner & married to Jamie) was at our house within 45 minutes with all the remediation equipment and did a thorough assessment of the damage and current flood condition. He sucked up the water and began assessing drywall and any mold issues. He described what the next week might look like (i.e. fans/dehumidifiers running 24 hours/day yet also acknowledged that if we needed to turn them off, that was ok - if we needed a short break from the loud sounds) Warren was very methodical in his approach, which made me feel very calm that he knew what he was doing and explained every step to me and what to anticipate next. He continued to emphasize that it was our house, so we were able to tell him if something wasn't going to work for us - but always offered his professional opinion and steps forward. Truly appreciated his professionalism. Along the remediation process Warren & his team was there daily and was incredibly informative - he gave his cell number and was available for any questions, concerns, comments along the way. If you have any remediation work this is the company to call. Warren and Jaimie’s professionalism and care were top notch and I quickly trusted them in my home to take good care of our home. From someone who never writes reviews yet relies on them on making my decisions, know you will be in great hands with this company! Side note: Warren and Jamie run both the Mid City and Serv Pro-East locations - so both are high quality!
