It pains me to give them a low rating, but I also feel obligated to provide warning to those looking to use them in the near future. I have used this company 3 times and was very pleased each time by their professionalism and work, so I made sure to get an appointment set up months ago. I wanted my chimney cleaned before this winter and clarified that by scheduling the cleaning in August that I could have them on the roof to assess the cap. Then a week before my scheduled appointment (tomorrow), they notified me that due to staffing issues they were canceling my appointment and rescheduling it for mid December. Obviously this is well after I need to be using the fire and likely prevents anyone from being able to get to my roof and assess the chimney cap. As a repeat customer, this was very disappointing and now I am forced to desperately scramble to find a different company that isn’t booked up this fall.

Mason was amazing! He did a wonderful job of inspecting and cleaning our wood stove and chimney. I appreciated his positive energy and enthusiasm along with the conscientiousness and care that he brought to his work. I will continue to highly recommend Brickliners!

Tyler and Evan were just here and did an amazing job cleaning up our woodstove and chimney after a long winters use. The great thing about Brickliners is they obviously expect topnotch customer service from their employees. We have had outstanding customer service from the entire Brickliners team for years and these young gentlemen were no exception. We highly recommend this company!

Maybe. The flue can deteriorate from moisture and combustible gases. Additionally, if there are obstructions then a fire might occur. The best way to have peace of mind and confidence in your system is to invest in an inspection.
No! The best part of flue inspections is that they can be done during the fall and winter seasons, additionally you don’t have to wait until spring to make repairs either.
Yes, because it’s two different appliances. Your furnaces, boilers, oil, gas, and propane appliances have a separate flue than your fireplace and their own set of concerns.
It is recommended that chimneys are inspected annually
We are certified by the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America), CDET - Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician, F.I.R.E Certified Inspector (Fireplace Investigation Research & Education), Heatshield Certified Installers, Ahren Fire Certified Installers,
We block off 3-hour windows. It takes between 1.5 - 3 hours for sweep and inspection
