I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted so I went in and got my sandals. The staff was very helpful and courteous as they should be so well done there. The only thing that could improve is having more shoe sizes for the sandals and Footwear that I was looking at other than that the experience was good.

Good selection, although they were out of the coffee maker we were looking for. Information at the front about indigenous land stewardship and local places.

This REI is easily located right off the highway and has a good (not great) selection, however, customer service was horrible. My family arrived to buy shoes. An employee got my husband a few types of shoes in a single size but we were not helped again. After waiting for 30 minutes our toddler started to get cranky so we left. We drove 2.5 hours to try on and buys shoes for our family. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. There were employees to help customers but we were ignored. My husband and I joked that we must have looked poor as we were continuously overlooked. I’ll be buying directly from Merrell and Altra online going forward.

This store is amazing! Has everything I need and more. Store is well organized and clean. Employees are super helpful and let you shop peacefully. An employee does not ask you every five steps if you need help here. Which is great. You just can’t go wrong with shopping at REI in my opinion.
