Michael Lu and his team were excellent! Although some major repair work needed to be done to fix the water leak, Michael listened to my concerns about the clean up process and immediately addressed the issues, such as arranging for a dust containment barrier and miraculously maintaining a fully functioning sink (simply amazing) throughout the process. The team was very professional and efficient throughout the clean up. I would definitely call on him and SERVPRO of San Diego City SW again for any future needs.

SERVPRO did an amazing job restoring my condo after it flooded. The day I was getting ready to list my property for sale there was a flood from the central line of the building. It flooded my bathroom and bedroom. I was devastated at the timing of this happening. I worked directly with Lisa who listened to my concerns and understood the need to move quickly. Lisa coordinated demo all the way to carpet cleaning to happen in a 1 week turnaround time. She kept me informed the whole time and provided a daily updates about the progress and plan.
