Love this gym, it’s small but mighty! It has everything you need to stop making excuses for yourself and get healthy! The staff is amazing, friendly, respectful, and super helpful! I’ve been to those big gyms and I never knew a single soul. I love AF, i get in my alone time as a mom of three to exercise and friendly staff. Thank you guys, you’re rad!
