I have to say Oscar is the best hands down. In the last 3 months I have purchased twice from the store. Each time after walking around the store a considerable amount of time, he was the ONLY person who approached to assist. Other sales personnel walked right past us as if we didn’t exist. If it were not for Oscar, honestly I wouldn’t patronize the business.

Oscar is phenomenal, highly recommend picking him as your salesperson. The delivery crew was careful and pleasant. Everyone else we interacted with while purchasing was incredibly rude. The woman answering the phone. The man working on the floor accused us of moving around the sales price tags. The other male salesperson was the most rude during our phone conversation when Oscar wasn't working the day that I called to update my order. I told him I would wait to speak with Oscar since he was being so rude and he yelled "well why didn't you just ask for him first then!" Fully knowing that Oscar wasn't working that day and that I had already asked for Oscar. Furniture is beautiful in our house, thank you for your excellent service Oscar!
