1st time visiting and was surprised/disappointed in the facility and accommodations. One would think a college town would have a larger space, more machines, and more up-to-date equipment. Smallest PF facility I've ever visited, which means less machines but one would think they'd make up for size with up-to-date equipment. My local PF in a town 1/3 this size has all of the above and more than this one has to offer. Even the Seminoles have a better PF than what the Gators have to offer and that's just sad. I'll save my workouts for local and Tallahassee PF's moving forward.

It's only a 30 min drive from archer rd and tower rd it may seem far until you time your drive : Or you can pay alot more and join Gainesville health and fitness on Newberry Rd near 43 rd st. 15 min drive instead.
They have rowing machines for muscle workouts but not for cardio. They do have elliptical, StairMaster, treadmills, cycling and another type of elliptical and they are numerous there is rarely a wait. Great price - at $9.99 a month. Usually not too busy at the Gainesville location.
Yes there are fixed weight machines here at the Gainesville location.

It's $10.00 per month for the Classic membership, $15.00 per month for the No Commitment membership, and $22.99 per month for the Black Card membership! The annual fee is first charged 30-60 days after signing up and falls on or around the first of the month. It is then charged on that same date the following year and onward! The annual fee is always $39.00 for all membership types. 👍

I have never had an issue with their locker rooms, however I'm a female, and just looking at these other post, I get the feeling that maybe our locker room is significantly cleaner than the mens!🤣
No zumba. They have some basic workout classes and that's it.
