Contacted for commercial office that flooded over the weekend. The original call, the team that came out to quote services and the team that did the work were ultimately professional and took care of business. However Jason the scheduling manager was awful on the phone. Rude, argumentative, and nasty. Not what someone in an emergency needs to deal with. I hope the call was recorded so that it can be reviewed. I almost refused service and used another avenue to dry the property out. A huge thank you to Travis and his team. You guys are great.

Was lied to from another water restoration company,got a second opinion from Serv pro they were honest and showed the moisture readings The other company showed no readings and wanted approval to cut out most of the drywall They said it wasn't drying after a week of equipment in there it WAS dry.Be careful who you put your confidence in.I would recommend this company.!
