The new management is horrible. They do not communicate effectively at all! They only care about themselves and do NOT answer the office phone at any time. It is also hard to reach them at the physical office because their hours conflict with the time that they are actually there. They do not seem very friendly nor helpful. I have been a resident since 2020, but this will be my last year here, for sure. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Changes after changes, 3 sets of new managers within a year, rate increase after rate increase and no upgrades. Just added people around who added roaches smh. Now we have to pay extra for storage that's suppose to come with the lease agreement, and $35 for someone to take my trash to our dumpster that's 5 feet away from my door. People need to stop taking advantage of people. Wasn't horrible like this 2 years ago. It's not worth 1200 + per month. Way too and and way too small for a 2/1.5. Guess this is our new normal. Keep looking before you make this your final destination. Just being honest. Btw it was definitely 5 stars when I first moved in

My move-in process has been the worst experience due to errors made on the office side. I was told there was no need to put down first months rent unless I decided to which I thought was weird and of course when I come pick my key up I was told otherwise so I say OK that’s fine and go get the money order, someone specifically advised me the day before when changing my move in day to the 31 that the office would be closing at 1:30 that day . I actually asked worried you know it a holiday and again 1:30 .when I get there the office is closed and I’m completely left hanging until today nobody could compromise or understand the situation that put me in. Everyone knows what comes with moving and preparing and now I have to deal with and figure out a way to make to the office today. They close at 5 I get off at 5 . It’s not my fault I was told the wrong information and no one understands that or is willing to compromise and help the situation. Just know they will leave you hanging with no real customer service .
