They have no front desk staff. Check-in is through a kiosk. They do not have walk-in appointments but also have no signs anywhere stating that. The lady was rude and condescending when I pressed the help button and she had to come to tell me there are no walk-in appointments (even though walk-in appointment is still an option on the kiosk, so maybe take it off?). I can't imagine letting her stick a needle in me with the attitude she has just trying to make an appointment

Myresha Williams is the best ever. She made me feel so comfortable after having not so good experiences somewhere else. Will ask for her each time I have to get blood work done. She was professional, confident and very friendly. 👍

I have had bad experiences at some locations but the staff here has been wonderful and kind to my mom and very efficient. Bonus is that she says they don’t hurt her when they draw blood.

I scheduled a visit for 6:30 AM and by the time I got to my appointment to the time I was done and sat it my car to write this, it has been 6 minutes. Very fast and efficient. Myrejha Williams was the person who saw me and helped. She was very kind and very helpful. She made the experience very warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend her!
