I’ve been going to Sherma for years for Pilates. I have experienced nothing but excellent results. She’s professional, knowledgeable and. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with one kind of exercise and the most benefit I’ve ever gotten. Sherma is awesome!

I’ve had back issues for years and nothing helped until I started Pilates with Sherma. She is the most amazing motivator for me.
