The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My company frequents this hotel while in the area for business. Earlier this week I left one loose airpod in my room. I thought surely they would never find it. But housekeeping was able to locate my missing airpod and the front desk staff had it shipped out the following morning! Great hotel and I’m looking forward to future stays here. Thank you!

They were trying to air out the elite level 9th floor with a fan. Everything was closed the weekend we were there. Disappointed with this hotel
