Working for Famous Footwear is an outstanding experience ! You have ample opportunities to move up in the company so you’re not just stuck in one position. You have amazing management to help coach you along your journey with the company . Everyone sets you up for success NOT FAILURE . I started with the company as an “LTE” and a couple of years Later and all the training from multiple different managers I’m a store manager . The company definitely cares for all its associates and their well being . I highly recommend working at Famous Footwear.
