Positive: Location Negative: Elevator was very dirty and old. There was also random piles of construction and housekeeping material al over the place. Bathroom in room was not fully stocked.

We were not informed at booking that remodeling was going on - the elevators and hallways were a mess. Also, we completed advance check in online - but when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes for the person at the front desk to come from being somewhere up on another floor. She made us give credit card info and fill out a registration form even though we were already checked in and policy states that we only need to show ID and get our key.. The front desk person was unapologetic and rude for their making us wait. We are Platinum members but were given a handicap room which is spartan in its decor and amenities. This is worst experience we have ever had at an IHG property.
