I just want to say that I have Family that lives at Trinity Union. I am very happy to know that the Property feels comfortable and clean. I met Desiree in the Office and she was very helpful and really nice when I didn't know where to go the first time I was there. I would recommend anyone looking to live in Apartments to call Trinity Union and Desiree too!

I have several different categories I would like to rate this apartment complex on. I lived there for a little over a year, location and amenities wise, 8/10. Maintenance requests were also taken care of fairly quickly. Hard working maintenance guys, 8/10 for the timely response of maintenance requests. Parking situation is a major pain for those living on the outside buildings . I emailed the management with suggestions to better regulate parking, but of course I did not ever hear back. After I gave them my 60-day notice before move out, someone called me 30 days after asking for a move out notice. My email apparently got "lost" in their emails. 1/10 for management and their communication. Upon move out, not only did I not get my deposit back, I was also charged >$500 for some stove top replacement and BS cleaning fee. The place was left clean enough. I contacted two former residents who I knew had moved out some time ago and they said the same thing about 1. not getting their deposit back and 2. being charged extra BS cleaning fee. Definitely a major rip off, I would love to hear from someone who actually got their deposit back, because I don't think there is any!

I lived in this property for a year, and I loved it. Property management was amazing work orders were always completed timely. My unit was in a great location and I loved the design of it. Residents were also super friendly which was a huge change. Amenities were also always clean, and in amazing condition. I'd recommend anyone to live here if you're looking for a place to live either permanently or temporary.

There is a 5 story parking garage in the midrise that is included in the price. There are also private direct access garages as well as private detached garages that are located within the buildings

Hi, Bryan. We actually don't have a car wash area on-site, but there are several car washes nearby. We've personally used Wash Master's near Glade and 121 if you want to check that one out.
