So far, so good. Gricelda is an amazing leasing agent, and Jill is always nice to speak to when I need to call the main office. I love my apartment. I've had no issues getting maintenance to come out for my numerous issues (including weather stripping, burner replacement, pest, caulking). Diana is super prompt and the guys are always very kind. Never have an issue with parking and I feel very safe here. I hope it stays like this!

I wish I could give this place zero stars! This place is the definition of “you get what you paid for.” Rent is very affordable but with that being said, there are a lot of flaws to living here. This apartment complex is straight up trash! Random black outs for no reason, perfect weather conditions. Random times that they’ll shut off the water without notice. AC problems all the time, even though the apartment complex knows what the problem is but will Jimmy rig the problem till they just can’t anymore. The apartment complex has trash everywhere and no one picks it up but the apartment complex is worried about cars with expired registration instead. Once a month they’ll cut the grass. The laundry rooms are more disgusting than the dumpsters and some washing machines will go months on end till they finally fixed it. Maintenance will fix something and leave the trash they make there and won’t pick it right away or at all, afterwards the apartment complex will send you notice to pick up the trash or else they’ll fine you, even know it isn’t your trash. The apartment complex has an emergency hotline for after hours emergencies but no one will show up. If your AC goes out, your out of luck till they come fix it the next day or, if it’s during the weekend, till Monday. The apartment complex will not give you something temporary for you to cool down till they fix the AC. Just an overall horrible place to live in general. Save your money and time folks and look for another place to live in!

I'm a person that is a fall risk and they put me on the 2nd floor. The maintenance Mgr doesn't like to answer her phone. This is the worst place/apt I have lived, ever. My grandparents rent house was tons better than this place. It was built in the 1920s. And in upgrading the laundry rooms, they closed them all at once and have no information on when they'll open again.

I have been here for almost 2yrs and I can honestly say its peaceful an I could live here another year or two but lately there has been parking issues all of a sudden I get off work there is nowhere to park I drove around for 10 minutes for a spot so with No Luck !! I had to park on the street off Spanish trail an walk I know half of the cars that are parked out there the people dont live here because I have seen them park get bags out of their trunk and get in the car with someone and pull off We need to get parking tags or put numbers down in the parking space and pay for reserve parking i wouldn't mind but others may have an issues all im saying I shouldn't get off work and ride around looking for somewhere to park that is not even near my building I just want to park where I live and get inside my apartment not park a mile away and walk😠
