Their were a few things on the maintenance request that needed to be fixed. Everything was fixed EXCEPT the outlet in the guest bedroom. It still doesn't work.

Well where to began. When it came time to move in the apartment I was suppose to get the person decided not to move so I had to take a remodeled unit that was a lot more than I originally was going to pay but since my other apartment was already rented out I had to take it. I've had to work an extra job to make rent I'm not sure what I'll do when my lease is up and the rent goes up. Then on moving day the office personel Emily was over 30 minutes late to open the office so I had to wait outside then when she did show up she had forgotten her key so she had to call maintenance to come let us in. So that was another 30 minutes so over an hour. I think Emily is incompetent and to young and immature for an office job and taco bell would be more up her ally. When my faucet in tub was running maintenance came a rigged it and a week later I had to contact them and tell them what part to replace. They also left my thermostat hanging from the wall and had to come back to fix it. I also have roaches which I've never had before I moved here. Yet I pay for pest control thats separate from my rent. I will say Laura in the office has always been very helpful and gotten back with me quickly. My apartment here is much nicer than the old one. Things have improved. They have treated my apartment several times for the roach problem and seems to be working. It's pretty quiet and peaceful here and I think I'll stay another year . I dont think Emily works here any more and that is a good thing.
