I want to send this email to let you all know how thankful I am for Luis and his promptness in getting my new A/C ordered and installed. It has been a frustrating past week but since he came to my house on Monday night he has been wonderful in getting my air back. Coming to my house at 10:00 at night from his vacation to check it (Monday), then back yesterday to try and tune it up inside and outside, to learning the unit was no good and getting a new one ordered right away. I appreciate it so much! Thank you to Sandra or whoever approved the work order so fast and Thank you to Theresa with a follow up call to let me know it had been ordered and was being installed. Luis even sent me pictures of before and after the install as well as what it is blowing inside of the apartment. I am forever grateful for their hard hard work in this scorching heat. I HAS NOT GONE UNNOTICED!!!!! I appreciate anyone else that was in on this as well that I don't know about. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I am currently living in this apartment now but it's the worst apartment i will ever recommend to anyone. It is highly I mean highly infested with roaches . They get on your bed, on your food, in the kitchen, in the living room, they even get in my body my God I need to run for my dear life. I have videos of roaches everywhere I can't even afford to end my list I have to broke it. Praying I get a good place fast. This place is worst than the worst thing in life. All kinds of roach and termites Jez.

Texas Hitz

I love this place. No it's not gorgeous but the office staff is so nice and friendly. My neighbors are happy fun people. I have been here 7 years and I don't plan on moving for a long time.
