The pics are not what they look like inside Water pipes bust flood the inside of apts you have go motel they dont pay for Daniel fixes nothing tell you parts on order you park in the street where they break in your car or tow it off you park on premises they tow Daniel calls the tow company charges 250 a month for electric gas water half time there is no water never any hot water Daniel puts a bandaid on everything city needs to condemn them

I have been at this property for 4 years and I can say Daniel has really turned the place around and he really cares about the community and tenants he is so amazing..

Difficult to navigate, extremely limited parking, trashy premises, and rundown buildings. Looks like it's a converted motel from about 60 years ago. Office management reluctant.

Hi Toshi, The two bedroom rents for 1,229 and they are all bills paid.
I know 2 bedrooms are like 1400
Price 1500 plus 250 for gas water you dont have most the time electric 90 for internet and they do not fix anything I went a year no air water pipes bust flood apts have mold I would not rent there

They are very reasonable apartments they are being renovated very nice property call the office and tour the property and they can give you more info..

Yes.. But you can leave before the lease is up . you just forfeit your deposit. They ask for a 30 day notice.
U would not be disqualified. Its a misdemeanor. Don't know about waiting list.
