I should have read the reviews here before signing a lease. We have had almost the same issues as everyone else. They take weeks to respond. We never got to view the property before the lease sign date even though they kept saying they would make it happen. Once we moved in we finally got to see the place and it was disgusting. They charged a $200 cleaning fee prior to move in and it seems they just pocket that and don’t actually hire cleaners. The plumbing is a joke and our kitchen sink hasn’t worked since we have moved in. I could honestly go on and on about how terrible of an experience this has been for us. Stay away from Rize. Thank God we only signed a 9 month lease.
