Long review so here it goes: I was excited to move here. The building itself is old but the apartments are clean and the complex is suitable for families. There were some rundown/unfixed items when I moved in but they weren’t a big deal. I talked to the office and they didnt change them to this day. It’s been okay, but I started noticing huge flaws in management. The only person who was actually great and understanding is Melanie. The manager, Michelle, started off as cooperative but when I went to the office to talk about something concerning parking she gave me attitude for no reason. The real disappointing and frankly, disgusting, thing is the fact that maintenance enters your apartment if you don’t answer. They call, then knock twice and enter the unit. What’s more disgusting is management sent out emails saying that reps from the city are coming to inspect the units. They were also given a key and almost entered my apartment had I not had the second (internal) bolt in place. We were then sent threatening emails from the manager saying that if the door is locked from the inside they will DRILL IT and we’ll pay the fee. Now, I know my rights and I know this is illegal. If im not comfortable with having people come into MY apartment that I PAY to live in then they don’t have a right to enter it if it’s not an emergency. Also, I work from home and I can’t be expected to open the door to everyone who knocks as im in meetings all day. Oh and can we talk about the horrible plumbing issues? No hot water for days, water is constantly turned off. And the bills increase every month: water, trash, sewer, gas (mind you, there is no gas usage), and so many other unnecessary expenses. Then, we got news that another property management company bought the property and the entire staff changed. It’s only been a week BUT they have done way more than the previous management. They also respect our privacy and maintenance was quick and efficient. They provided trash bins for every unit, had a welcome party when they first started, and the bill is exactly what I expected it to be. No unnecessary expenses whatsoever. To the new management: please don’t disappoint us.

Moved here to Euless from New Mexico and been looking for apartments to fit my needs for 2 weeks. Found the Post Oak Place and I got to say, from the start and throughout the whole process Melanie was very accommodating and attentive. Went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was up to standard. Been living here for almost a week now and absolutely love the place.
