Updated after a year living here... Maintenance, management, community, amenities are perfect. I don't mind some small issues happen every now n then but promptly and patient response is what matters. Maintenance always solve the problem in no time. I'm leasing another year here n probably will stay here for a while until I get to buy a house. If you want stress-free place to live, I highly recommend this place.

My air conditioning went out Christmas Eve and it has not been fixed for four days. Hopefully the compressor will be replaced soon since the weather has been above 80 degrees during this warm winter. Not very happy!!! UPDATE: Got a new AC today! Yay! Thank you to Christian for working so hard to get all the parts and installing the compressor today.!

This is a good solid apartment complex to live at. The management had a recent turnover but the new staff is just as reliable and well versed. Even with the massive work load they have, they still get back to you and help as much as possible. Maintenance is great. Understand the site is an older site but is well maintained. Usual maladies that comes with older buildings. Walls are thick but ceilings/floors is thinner. Suggest being on the 2nd floor. Also, suggest not to be as close to volleyball area or pool if you need not a lot of noise before 10:30 pm. Grounds are nice and healthy. The other residents are fantastic. I will miss them the most. Laundromat area, I will also miss.
