Good place to say never had issues with management or insects. My a/c went out twice & maintenance responded quickly. Front off staff is very friendly. Not a fan of the cable charge.

I have been Living in Crest Oasis since 2020 and can say I’ve never had any issues with the Staff of having them take care of something for me. Recently had a huge wasp hive in the back of my unit, next to the windows, I informed Felisha in the Office about it and even though the pest control was supposed to show up Wednesday she had some of the staff take care of it the same day. Huge thank you goes without saying specially for taking such prompt action.

After signing a year lease I only used the apartment a few times during the year. I really only needed the apartment incase I stayed in ft worth for my other job. I was not impressed and choose to drive to my permanent home most of the year. The apartment looks the same as when I moved in. Upon move out I got a letter with charges to resurface the bathroom and kitchen counter tops and oven drip pans. $400 charge when They look the same as when I moved in! I would absolutely not recommend this place. The place I moved in looked nothing like the model I was shown which is why I choose to rarely stay in it! The counters and bathtub were old and dirty and now Im being charged to re surface them! Maddening!

The laundry facilities are horrible absolutely filthy. How are you suppose to clean in filth. Half the machines are broken and those that aren’t are caked in layers of dried detergent. The grime isn’t due to a busy weekend or week. This is months of built up dirt and lack of care by management. Half of the “driers”don’t supply heat. You dry your clothes for 45 mins to find them damp and then what spend more money in hopes of a drier that supplies heat. You need to cut everyone a rent discount until the facilities are brought up to standard. At minimum I’m posting weekly derogatory remarks until it is better.

Oh, i spend about 50 dollars on electric, 50 bucks on water and 10 bucks on renters insurance for a 1 bedroom apartment. Depends on how much you want to insure in your apartment as far as that cost goes. Not sure how much trash is. Can't say that i have ever seen that bill so I think it is included

I don't know for sure about the rules for that BUT there are a few that I met there.
From what I understand, they run several apartment complexes in this area and they're all this horrible, so I'm of the impression that corporate knows and doesn't give a damn.
