My experience at the Myrtle Ave Storage Center was absolutely amazing. Lisa was very kind and explained everything clearly and efficiently. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a storage unit. Pricing was extremely fair especially since I am a student and part time worker.

This is a great storage business! Lisa at the front desk is incredibly helpful and resourceful. I am extremely pleased with the responsive, friendly service and the nice, clean storage space!

Hey my question is about your sercurity I had my unit get broken into in mactown they did not have alarms on each door do you all have ?

Yes, we have alarms attached to each unit. Also we have surveillance cameras throughout the facility.

Is there perhaps a manager or something they can maybe come down and open the gate or remotely do it possibly so I can go home with my things

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you connected with our after-hours maintenance team to be let out. For security purposes, the gates lock in the evening and don't reopen until the morning. This is all listed in the lease and shared when the unit is leased. Thank you for your business.
