I was traveling when I saw I had a coolant leak so I stopped at this dealership. They had to replace the waterpump and suggested getting the valve covers resealed as they were seeping. This is a 20 year old truck that I purchased new and have never had to add oil between changes but agreed to the work. Delays getting parts took almost 2 weeks. I picked up my truck and drove approximately 30 miles home and the next day saw a puddle of oil under it. They agreed to let me take it to a local shop and asked me to send them the invoice which I did. The dealer charged me $402.69 +tax and the repair shop charged $209.69. They sent me a check for the repair shop charge and kept the rest. I shouldn't have to pay them the $192.95 difference for a job they did wrong. They should have refunded me the amount they charged. Nothing but a cheap way of doing business.

Hi Jeremy! Yes, you do get your car washed with service. If you purchased your vehicle from us we will wash it for free anytime. Hope that helps. {If your car is not washed when they bring it back to you after service, feel free to ask them to wash it, it is included.}
