For years I have been working with Ferguson Employees. It's where we get most of our parts. Much like Walmart, if they aint got it, you don't need it. The 2 gentlemen that stand out the most In this workplace are the legendary customer service reps known as Michael Michael Drewseph Michael Richardson, and Peter Petoria Pear Witkowzski. These gentlemen handle the plumbing with swiftness, and grace. They are always quick to respond. I can say that I'm looking for that one dohickey and they'll know exactly what dohickey I'm talking about. These gentlemen have even gone so Far out of the way for me before that they have even responded to me after hours to let me know that they have a part or not. It is always A pleasure to work with these gentlemen, and I am a firm believer that they always go above and beyond to do what's right for the customer with their smile, and knowledge. I hope Terry Bradshaw realizes what kind of good employees he has here, Workers like these are far few in between. Mr. Bradshaw, please give these gentlemen a raise! Thank you for the continued years of great fantastic customer service.

"We recommend using the packaging from the original shipment if possible. Follow the instructions provided with the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number we sent via email. If you’re using a return label that we provided, print the return label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop your shipment off at any UPS location. Return labels help us efficiently track your return. If you choose another shipping method, please inform us by contacting customer service. If your shipment will travel via freight (semi-truck, LTL, etc.), then repack all items very well, secure them to the original pallet(s), and prepare them for shipment (we recommend using the packaging from the original shipment). Follow the instructions provided with the RGA number we sent via email. Print the freight label that we provided via email. Do not attach the freight label to the shipment. Use the instructions provided to contact the carrier and schedule your freight pickup."
You may initiate a return for a defective item within 180 days of receipt for a full refund.
